Fig. 3. Effect of HJT on TNF-α expression in LPS-stimulated BV2 cells. BV2 cells were incubated for 1 h with medium alone (control) or HJT (0.1, 0.2, and 0.5 mg/mL), and then stimulated for 24 h with LPS (1 μg/mL). The measurement of the mRNA expression level of TNF-α were used qPCR and the corresponding quantification data are shown. Data are the mean±standard deviation (n=3). *p<0.05 versus the medium alone condition, p<0.05 versus the LPS only treatment condition.
