Fig. 8. Gross examination of bone morphology. C57/BL6 mice with femoral fracture were treated with 40 and 80 ㎎/㎏/day of CO/AS extract for 14 and 28 days. The damaged femur was isolated by removing the muscles around the bone and investigated the morphology by gross examination. Yellow circle indicates the damaged bone region. Control: phosphate-buffered saline treated group after femoral fracture, CO/AS: Cnidium officinale and Angelica sinensis (40 and 80 ㎎/㎏/day) extract treated group after femoral fracture, Tramadol: tramadol (20 ㎎/㎏/day) treated group after femoral fracture.
